Alan Jensen (Chair)	I am really keen to be able to support the school in realising its vision, and strategic aims, as well supporting the school with its commitment to providing a quality education to all pupils. I was elected Chair of Governors in November 2023.
Hannah James	I have two children at Paddocks and was a teacher for 14 years. Truth be told, I miss it so being a governor gives me the perfect opportunity to support a school I really care about. I have a huge interest in the curriculum and ensuring all learners can succeed.
Alex Andreou	I have two children at Paddocks, and became a Governor to be to give back to the school some of my experience in business. I have a real interest in supporting our most vulnerable students to achieve a great education.
Tristan Dunbar	As a Paddocks Governor, I’m dedicated to supporting Paddocks Primary School in achieving its educational and pastoral goals. My personal connection to the school, coupled with my passion for education, motivates me to contribute to the school’s success. I’m particularly interested in safeguarding students. My goal is to create a safe thriving learning environment for all students in their studies. With my experience in education, I’m confident in my ability to make a positive impact.
Charlie Mears	My background is in HR and operations, and I bring a strong focus on inclusion and wellbeing for both students and staff. I am passionate about supporting a forward-thinking approach to education and ensuring these values are embedded throughout all areas of school life. I enjoy contributing to the shaping of the school’s strategic goals and supporting the school in delivering an environment where all pupils can thrive. I am committed to helping ensure the school remains a safe, inclusive and positive place where children enjoy learning and feel able to be themselves.
